Golkonda Fort

Golkonda fort in Southern India and was the capital of the medieval sultanate of the Qutub Shahi dynasty (c.1518–1687). Golconda Fort Hyderabad is an outstanding example of brilliant engineering and magical architecture. The Charminar and the Golconda fort are the two great leitmotifs of Hyderabad, giving the city a continuous history of 424 years. It is believed by many that such a tunnel exists between Charminar and the Golconda Fort in Hyderabad stretching up to 9 kilometers.
